Electronic marketing for growth
Do you have a web site? Does it project your firm's image? How do you attract visitors to the site to educate, inform and to sell?
There are a number of tools available to you to achieve the maximum exposure, but probably the most powerful for the costs incurred is e-mail marketing.
For e-mail marketing to be effective in bringing people to your website the content should be relevent and interesting to it's recipients. It is, of course, vital to ensure that recipients of your e-mails have indicated their willingness to receive them, or you run the risk of all of your e-mails being blacklisted as spam. You are probably already sending out bought-in newsletters, either electronically or in print. How effective are they? Do you get feedback on who has clicked on what content? Do you use this information to hone subsequent publications?
Advice on the whole area of web-based marketing is easy to obtain, but it is key that this area of your firm's growth-generating activities fit in with the general plan or you will fail to maximise your energy and investment.
