The Growth Plan
Not necessarily a cunning plan, more a methodical blueprint of how you will grow, given the available constraints of budget and staff/partner time. The PMC Growth Plan will map how your firm will appear to its target market after the change, what increases in gross recurring fees and/or ad hoc fees you can expect and what growth generating activities are needed to bring about the change. The plan will also contain the costs for making the necessary changes in the first, and subsequent years.
While it will differ from firm to firm, you can broadly expect the plan to contain the following components:
- Situation Analysis – an analysis of your current market focus, where you fit and the key to growth
- Marketing Strategy – Where you want to get to and how we are going to get you there
- Web Plan Summary – build or adapt the site to fit with the strategy
- Financial Aspects – The additional projected revenues and the Associated incremental costs
- Controls – This will show how both firms will monitor the on-going campaign
It is self-evident that in order to get the expansion your require, your practice will will have to make some efforts and to undertake growth-generating activities. A blueprint for the action plan for your practice will be enshrined in your PMC growth plan. Together, we will use this document to guide you along your chosen growth path to growth.
