Our principle consultant is Martin Lass. Martin is the firm's founder and has many years experience in accountancy, I.T. sales and marketing. He was marketing director of one of the first accounts production bureaus in the 1970s and then sold mainframe financials systems to blue chip clients like the Law Society, the Mirror Group and Harvey Nichols. In latter years, Martin has worked closely with some of the country's largest accounting businesses providing the tools which power their practice management, compliance, sales and marketing functions.

Our lead consultant for value added services is the son of the founder of a top ten national firm and has spent many years steering major British industries along the path to profitability. Rod now specialises in helping young companies to flourish and grow. He will help your team to understand the analytical tools they will need and also advise how the services should be marketed to clients.

Instrumental in the design of sophisticated accounting compliance software our lead consultant on business process re-engineering has worked for major software firms in the accounting market and has helped refocus the processes of some of the country's leading accounting businesses.

Our senior consultant for sales and forecasting training and mentoring has been a senior sales consultant and key account manager for some of the largest software firms in the United Kingdom and has a long track record of success in high value sales into the accounting market place. He has been instrumental in bringing major new clients onto his employers books and developing relationships with them over many years.

Our lead consultant on practice mergers and acquisitions has been involved in recruitment, headhunting and advising clients on people and business placements for a decade. James has worked with most of the national accounting practices as well as many of the small and medium sized firms and industry. He is a master at putting round pegs in round holes, and is the absolute soul of discretion.
